At Pirsonal, security is among our highest priorities. We meticulously operate with utmost care in all our processes, particularly in safeguarding your information.

The Incident

Recently, it came to our notice that several individuals, potentially over a thousand, received communications implying an association with our services.

This incident stems from the unauthorized use of emails in the creation of trial accounts in our personalized video software, an issue we are actively investigating.

Prioritizing Security and Privacy

Our primary commitment is to ensure the security and privacy of our clients and partners. Consequently, we take this matter seriously and have promptly reported it to the relevant authorities.

Old-School Sales Process

We have a meticulous and personalized sales process where each client is manually onboarded one by one. This includes when clients are using our personalized video platform for the first time and during payment transactions.

Therefore, we know all our clients and the vast majority of real trial users.

Also, there is no current way users can upgrade to paid plans without our assistance. Thus, email accounts used to create trial accounts in our system can’t upgrade to paid plans.
